• To receive store credit for your exchange/return, the original product must be unworn and in new condition.
• Exchange/return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied.
• We offer size exchanges/returns in the contiguous US, unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely custom made orders).
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges/returns for giveaway winners, auctions, or purchases made from resale Facebook BST pages, or any unauthorized seller.
• Free size exchanges are offered for Women and Men items only within the contiguous US and if merchandise is unworn and brand new.
• Only one free exchange per order. For example, if you exchange for another pair and that size doesn't fit you either, the shipping cost for a second exchange is then paid by the customer.
• Please note that for returns shop credit will be issued for the cost of the product minus shipping, we cannot refund shipping fees.
HOW DO I MAKE A SIZE EXCHANGE/RETURN?
Please follow these steps and read the requirements. Your boots or shoes must be in their original sellable condition.
• Go to www.mikoleon.com/pages/sizeexchangeform.
• Fill out the information and click submit at the bottom of the form.
• Wait for our customer service rep to contact you to review your submission for approval. Please allow 2-3 working days for our CS rep to reply to your request.

All products must be shipped back unworn and with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify for an exchange/return. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be exchanged and you will be invoiced the appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping the shoes back to you.
A shop credit must be used within one (1) year from being issued. A shop credit cannot be reissued if it is not used by the expiration date. All sales are final on Custom Orders.
Mikoleon LLC will not be responsible for returns lost in transit. We suggest you insure your return package with carrier of your choice.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/SIZE EXCHANGES
Mikoleon does not have exchanges or refunds available for international orders.
