Return & Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY (only offered on non-sale items, within 10 days)
Mikoleon offers returns on all of its products meeting the following criteria:
  • The product has not been used and it's in good sellable condition
  • The product was is not a final sale
  • The product was purchased directly through Mikoleon
  • The return process must be complete within 14 days from the delivery date. Requests after this point will be denied.
Shipping for returns will be covered by the customer. In order to start the return process please contact Mikoleon within 10 days of receiving your order. To get approval, please complete the following steps:
  • Submit our Customer Service Form. Although it shows attaching pictures of the product as optional, we do require product images (including the soles of the shoes) to be submitted in order to get approval for a return
  • Mikoleon will email you with your approval or ask you for additional information
  • Once approved, repackage your product in its original packaging

  • Once delivered to our office, we will inspect the product and make sure it meets our return criteria. If approved we will notify you through email and a refund will be issued within one (1) business day from approval.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account statement from the date the refund was issued.
We suggest adding tracking and insurance to your return shipment. This is an additional cost. Mikoleon cannot refund products that never arrive back to our office. Only the original purchase price can be refunded. We cannot refund shipping costs. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from all return refunds.

The $5 restocking fee may be waived if you choose to receive a shop credit in place of a refund. Once a shop credit is chosen and issued, it cannot be reversed to a refund. A shop credit must be used within one (1) year from being issued. A shop credit cannot be reissued if it is not used by the expiration date. All sales are final on Custom Orders.

Cancellations
An order may be cancelled if Mikoleon is notified before the item has been shipped. Please contact the Mikoleon Shipping Desk at shipping@mikoleon.com for assistance with your cancellation within one (1) hour after order submission. Our business hours are, Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, MST, we are closed on weekends and national holidays. Then proceed to immediately fill and submit a Customer Service Form with your cancellation request.

If the Cancellation Form is not submitted before the item has shipped please see our Return Policy above. We will reach out to you confirming the cancellation and no item will be shipped. Once the cancellation is confirmed we will issue a full refund including the initial shipping cost when the order was placed within one (1) business day. Please allow up to seven two billing cycles for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the item has shipped before we receive your Order Cancellation Form you can refuse delivery and it will be sent back to us automatically. If the item was delivered in your absence you can take the package back to USPS, unopened, and refuse delivery in which case USPS will return the package as well.

If you accepted the package and opened it, we will send you a prepaid label at a cost of $10 which will be billed through a PayPal invoice. Once we receive the item and they are in good sellable condition we will issue a full refund of the purchased product not including the original shipping cost. Cancellations are not for custom orders.
