We are a small shop based in Lehi, Utah and our workshop is in Antigua, Guatemala. Our artisans are first class world craftsmen with over 200 years of combined experience making shoes and bags. We use only the best materials and highest workmanship. Our products are designed to last beyond the three-week fashion industry's cycle, slow fashion at its best!Our Full-grain leather is responsibly sourced from our award-winning tannery; we choose high-quality hides or skins with no sanding processes applied to their surface. After a base color is created with multiple applications of waxes and oils, the craftsman carefully builds up the finish with an expert’s touch. You can check how with full-grain leather you are getting the real deal.Our mission is to preserve weaving, cobbling, leather crafting, and natural dyeing traditions in Guatemala for future generations providing sustainable jobs to artisans, promoting slow fashion, and supporting small shops.
WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDER:
First-order is $1000 USD before shipping fees. Make sure you provide us with your resale number to be able to order wholesale. Re-orders are $500 USD before shipping charges.
We accept Visa, MC, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged 2 days before shipment.
We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Shipping charges are prepaid by us and then added to your invoice. Standard shipping charges will apply. Call our office for fees to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other countries. No discounts on shipping charges. We ship from Lehi, Utah, USA. We ask that customers allow 10 days for shipping. No backorders. Even though you can shop our store 24/7, please remember our office is only open during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9-5 MST.
Mikoleón LLC abides by all national and international laws. We do not pay Customs, Duties, or VAT on any product purchased through our website. These charges are not included in the price of our products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to find out the laws in your own country and to pay all custom charges, duties or VAT. We will not falsify the customs document.
DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES:
Please report any damages or shortages to the shipping carrier AND to our office immediately upon arrival of goods. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report any damages or shortages also so we can provide you with information you may need to file a claim with shipper.
